ChatQLM Patent Filing for Quantum Internet Traffic Control

At CES 2026, SuperQ Quantum Unveils “Traffic Controller” for the Quantum Internet with New ChatQLM Patent Filing

ChatQLM Patent Filing

SuperQ Quantum Computing Inc. has announced the submission of a provisional utility patent for its ground-breaking Quantum Leveraged Model (QLM) technology in an effort to democratize access to the most cutting-edge computing architectures in the world. The statement, which was delivered at the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), is a significant turning point in the company’s transition from basic infrastructure to application intelligence that interacts with users.

The orchestration and routing technology that underpins ChatQLM, which the business claims is the first consumer application driven by quantum technology worldwide, is particularly covered by the patent. By obtaining this intellectual property, SuperQ Quantum hopes to establish itself as a pioneer in hybrid quantum-classical orchestration, offering a hardware-neutral gateway that streamlines the resolution of challenging issues.

Beyond Infrastructure: The Development of the Application-Layer

SuperQ’s most recent 2026 submission focuses on application-layer intelligence, whereas its earlier patents, which were submitted in September 2025, concentrated on the general techniques of hybrid classical-quantum modeling. The system functions as an advanced “traffic controller” that dynamically interprets user-provided natural language prompts and instantly ascertains which particular computing medium is most appropriate for responding.

By dividing jobs according to workload metadata, this Dynamic Modality Selection logic makes sure that, in the event that a classical system is more efficient than a quantum one, or vice versa, inquiries are not routed to the latter. For the average user, this automation successfully translates the knowledge of a quantum computer scientist into an easy-to-use, conversational interface.

The Routing Matrix: Connecting Backends to Issues

As a central hub, the exclusive Quantum Leveraged Model (QLM) distributes work among a variety of backends:

• D-Wave Routing: High-scale combinatorial optimization uses this route. It is especially intended for sectors that deal with supply chain management, logistics, and financial portfolio balancing.

• IonQ Routing: Trapped-ion gate-based systems receive queries that call for high-fidelity algorithmic tasks. These consist of intricate decision-tree analysis, generative AI, and molecular simulations.

• LLM Routing: The system directs inquiries to traditional Large Language Models for activities like content parsing, data retrieval, and qualitative analysis.

• Optimization Solver Routing: Standard optimization solvers are used to address the majority of common continuous and combinatorial optimization problems.

• NVIDIA GPU Integration: Through its translation engine, the system additionally makes use of GPU capabilities for particular computing requirements.

Proprietary Innovation: The Rosetta Layer and Failover Logic

The Vendor-Agnostic “Rosetta” Layer is a crucial distinction in this new invention. Natural language ChatQLM prompts can be directly translated into hardware-specific machine code using this proprietary translation engine for a variety of architectures, such as D-Wave, IonQ, and NVIDIA GPUs. By doing this, the program is guaranteed to stay genuinely hardware-agnostic, functioning as a universal gateway independent of the underlying hardware supplier.

Additionally, the system offers capabilities for Consumer-Ready Failover. By using real-time benchmarking, the program may determine whether a particular quantum processor is experiencing excessive noise or delay and instantly transfer the user’s task to a new, more reliable backend. Because it protects the user from the inherent technical instabilities of early-stage quantum technology, this dependability is crucial for promoting wider consumer adoption.

Global Strategy and Executive Vision

SuperQ Quantum’s CEO and board chair, Dr. Muhammad Khan, stressed that the business is shifting the industry dialogue from theoretical promise to real-world application. Dr. Khan said, “We’ve built the intelligence to know what belongs on an annealer, a gate-based machine, or a GPU,” adding that the patent safeguards the special “traffic controller” at the center of their ecosystem.

The company’s overarching goal is to lower the financial and technical obstacles to the commercialization of quantum and supercomputing. In industries including healthcare, banking, defense, and logistics, its flagship Super platform and AI Autopilots are made to assist international organizations, governmental bodies, and academic institutions in achieving instant return on investment.

While keeping its headquarters in Canada, SuperQ Quantum is actively growing its global footprint by setting up “Super Hubs” in strategic locations like the US, the Middle East, and Asia.

Corporate Developments: Debt Settlement

In addition to the technology release, the business said that it had reached a settlement with two creditors to pay off $294,000 in outstanding debt. 210,000 common shares will be issued at a presumed price of $1.40 each to accomplish this. In accordance with Canadian securities legislation, these securities will be restricted from being sold for a period of four months.
