Infleqtion News to Show Quantum Sensing trends at CES 2026

Infleqtion News

Infleqtion, a leader in neutral atom-based quantum technology worldwide, has announced that it will be attending CES 2026. World’s most prominent technology expo, CES, will be held in Las Vegas from January 7–10, 2026. Tens of thousands of industry professionals learn about future innovations.

Bridging the Gap Between Research and Reality

Paul Lipman, the company’s chief revenue officer give a keynote address titled “Quantum is Now: Unprecedented Improvement in Precision & Sensitivity,” which is the focal point of Infleqtion’s attendance. A key component of the “Quantum Means Business: A Quantum World Congress Program” track, the lecture is set for Tuesday, January 6, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

During his talk, Lipman will highlight how quantum devices are already offering better capabilities that open new possibilities in manufacturing, resilient navigation, environmental monitoring, and medical imaging. These enhancements, Lipman said, are not merely theoretical but are addressing “real problems right now” in critical areas like space infrastructure and national security. This view is supported by Infleqtion CEO Matthew Kinsella, who pointed out that CES offers the best platform for showcasing these innovations’ commercial viability to the most progressive corporate executives worldwide.

A Neutral Atom-Based Portfolio

Neutral-atom quantum technology, which makes use of “nature’s perfect qubits” to provide sophisticated computing and sensing, is the technological building block of Infleqtion. These platforms, in contrast to traditional systems, offer the high sensitivity and precision needed for sensitive applications. The business offers a wide range of products, including integrated systems, software, and hardware.

  • Sensing and Timing: Using Rydberg atomic sensing, the Quantum RF Receiver transforms spectrum sensing, while the Tiqker Atomic Clock is the next generation of optical atomic clocks for critical infrastructure.
  • Navigation: In situations when GPS signals are blocked or inaccurate, Infleqtion’s inertial sensing technologies offer accurate positioning, which is essential for sophisticated geophysical mapping and defense capabilities.
  • Computing and Software: The Superstaq software platform, which speeds up the time to value for quantum applications, supports the company’s Sqale, a full-stack, fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computer.
  • Infrastructure: The next generation of quantum hardware is driven by advancements in integrated photonics, while Quantum Cores offer ready-to-use systems to expedite experiments.

Strategic Momentum and Public Transition

The time of Infleqtion’s CES 2026 presentation aligns with notable business expansion and strategic changes. The business declared its plan to go public in September 2025 by merging with Churchill Capital Corp X. As the company evolves from an innovation-focused organization to a commercial powerhouse, this step is anticipated to produce the capital required to enable product scaling and market expansion.

To satisfy the expectations of global businesses, Infleqtion has also been bolstering its executive team. Karl Pendergast, a veteran of the aerospace industry, was recently appointed to head the Quantum Sensing Solutions Group, demonstrating the company’s dedication to scaling solutions for national security, defense, and aerospace clients.

Reaching New Heights: From Earth to Space

Information technology is turning to the stars for applications beyond the ground. Voyager technology and the Infleqtion have partnered to incorporate the latter’s quantum technology into space infrastructure. This includes the commercial space station Starlab and the International Space Station (ISS), both deploying the Tiqker quantum atomic clock. The goal of these deployments is to increase the overall robustness of space-based systems, improve navigation, and secure communications.

Infleqtion’s technology has a similarly wide-ranging effect on Earth. Quantum-powered modelling is cutting the length of time it takes to develop new materials from decades to months in materials science. In the field of finance, these methods are being used to develop more insightful and intelligent portfolios. In the fields of life sciences and drug discovery, where quantum technology expedites disease research and makes more accurate medicine possible, the corporation is also investing.

“Quantum is Here”

Industries like telecommunications, energy exploration, and autonomous vehicles are demanding levels of precision that traditional systems are unable to provide as the technology environment changes. As a result, quantum sensing has emerged as a crucial facilitator of infrastructure of the future.

For CES 2026, Kinsella has a very clear message: “The quantum revolution is not coming — it’s here.” To address the most difficult problems facing the world, Infleqtion hopes to accelerate the adoption of quantum capabilities and establish new collaborations by showcasing these practical innovations. The talk will provide CES attendees with a path for understanding how quantum technology is progressing from a new invention to an essential instrument for contemporary business and national security.

This change can be shown by comparing traditional sensors to a candle in a dark room, which provides enough light to see simple forms. In contrast, quantum sensing is like a powerful floodlight, which reveals the smallest details and previously hidden characteristics of the environment.
