Viewbix Inc.’s Quantum X Labs Files Patent for NMR Gyroscope

Viewbix Inc.’s NMR gyroscope patent marks a major technological advancement in navigation aimed at replacing GPS.

Viewbix Inc. (Nasdaq: VBIX), a premier advanced technology company, announced a critical milestone in its worldwide navigation system transformation initiatives. Quantum X Labs Ltd., the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, filed a provisional patent application for a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) gyroscope with the USPTO. The goal of this work is to enable rotational sensing with ultra-high accuracy while significantly reducing the cost of current high-end options.

For Quantum X Labs, a multidisciplinary center in Israel devoted to the study, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge quantum technology, the news represents a turning point. The corporation is putting itself at the forefront of the effort to lessen and eventually replace reliance on Global Positioning Systems (GPS), which can be unreliable or unavailable in some high-stakes situations, by submitting this patent.

The Innovation’s Scientific Foundation

The intricate use of nuclear magnetic resonance sensing is the core component of this innovative hardware technology. In contrast to conventional high-performance gyroscopes that frequently rely on costly and large mechanical or optical systems, the Quantum X Labs design uses minute changes in the Larmor frequency to measure rotation.

The technology specifically monitors nuclear magnetic moments as they move around a magnetic field that is applied. The technology is able to monitor angular rotation with remarkable accuracy and stability by precisely identifying these frequency variations. Modern aircraft platforms, robotics, complex military systems, and marine navigation all depend on this level of performance since even the smallest rotational measurement inaccuracy can result in serious navigational errors.

Corporate Collaboration and Strategic Licensing

Quantum Gyro Ltd., a minority-owned company, and Quantum X Labs have signed a strategic framework license agreement in connection with the patent submission. The conditions under which Quantum X Labs may award licenses to Quantum Gyro for the creation, production, and marketing of goods related to Quantum Gyroscope technology are set out in this agreement.

Quantum Gyro’s main goal is to use this NMR-based method to produce very low bias drift, a performance criterion that is usually only used for high-end, strategic-grade navigation systems. The businesses intend to allow a new generation of navigation devices that can function completely without GPS by incorporating this accuracy into a small and scalable architecture.

A recent financial deal further reinforced this corporate convergence. The majority stakeholder of Quantum Gyro, Taurus Gold Corp., has finished investing $200,000 in Viewbix’s shares. On March 4, 2026, Viewbix concluded a private placement deal that included this investment as a closing condition of the licensing agreement.

Market Applications and Global Reach

Quantum Gyro plans to proceed quickly toward prototype development and commercial deployment after filing for a patent. These high-precision navigation systems have a wide range of target markets, which include:

  • Aerospace: Used in both military and commercial aircraft for navigation and stability.
  • Defense: For use in systems that need to operate in “GPS-denied” settings, when signals are either absent or jammed.
  • Autonomous Systems: These comprise robotics and self-driving cars that need reliable, independent positional data.
  • Maritime navigation: making sure ships are accurate when at sea.

The declared goal of Quantum Gyro is to provide these solutions to platforms around the globe, guaranteeing scalable and reliable high-precision sensing.

Viewbix: An All-Around Technology Powerhouse

As part of a larger plan to diversify its holdings across many high-growth industries, Viewbix Inc. is venturing into quantum navigation. Viewbix has solid foundations in various digital sectors, whereas Quantum X Labs concentrates on quantum algorithms for atomic clocks, medicine development, transportation, and security:

  • Digital advertising: Through Gix Media, a company that creates technology to automate, optimize, and monetize online campaigns.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Through Metagramm, a provider of multilingual dictionaries and sophisticated translation software that uses AI to rectify grammatical errors.
  • Quantum Computing Solutions: Viewbix also specializes in general quantum computing research and corporate AI solutions.

A key component of this growth was Viewbix’s acquisition of Quantum X Labs, which it finalized on March 5, 2026. A sophisticated quantum portfolio, comprising exclusive intellectual property for AI-Quantum Error Correction, was acquired for Viewbix through this calculated move.

The Path Forward

Viewbix warned that although submitting the provisional application is a significant step, the USPTO’s decision to issue the patent is not assured. The business stated in its forward-looking statements that although it anticipates granting rights to Quantum Gyro after the patent is obtained, actual results may deviate from these expectations due to a number of risks and uncertainties.

However, the possibility of a small, reliable, and affordable GPS substitute marks a significant change in the field of technology. The industry will be keeping a close eye on Quantum X Labs and Quantum Gyro as they move closer to developing prototypes to determine if NMR technology can really take the place of satellite-based navigation.
